The Oracle Mobile Timecards for Oracle E-Business Suite offers a streamlined solution for users to record their working hours efficiently while away from their desks. Designed to minimize data entry, this tool aims to enhance user productivity and facilitate timely submission of time records.

Users, including employees and contractors, can perform the following functions with this application:

<li>Select between Quick Time and Regular Time modes for entry</li>
<li>Consolidate daily entries into designated timecard periods</li>
<li>Utilize the repeating time entry feature to log multiple days efficiently</li>
<li>Duplicate existing timecards to save time on recurring entries</li>
<li>Provide justifications for changes or late submissions with audit reasons</li>
<li>View detailed overtime calculations based on the applicable OTL rules evaluation</li>
</ul>

The Oracle Timecards app for iPhone is compatible with Oracle E-Business Suite versions 12.1.3, 12.2.3, and later releases. To access this application, users must have a valid Oracle Time and Labor user account and ensure that mobile services are properly configured on the server by the system administrator.
